Registration for Houston Fit’s Winter Training Program is OPEN!

It doesn’t matter whether you are a seasoned runner or walker or if you have been sitting on the sidelines for a while.  Our Winter program is designed to do one of the following:

Walking Program – With this program, we will work with you on your walking pace and work to lower your overall pace through any 5k and 10k races this Winter season.

Half Marathon/Marathon Program –  This program is designed to help maintain your level of training as well as work with you to ensure you are ready for your goal race that may exist between December and February

ATP Program – This Program is designed to build on your foot/leg strength and teach your body to continue running when the mind thinks it is fatigued.  It is a program for all pace runners and will get you ready for a marathon or half marathon between December and February.

REFER A FRIEND:

If you are a returning member and refer one or more NEW MEMBERS who have never trained with Houston Fit, you will receive a $10 discount on your membership fee.  Tell your friends and family to put in your name when they answer the question on the registration form, “If you were referred by a returning Houston Fit member, please give us that member’s name.”  At the close of registration, if your name is listed, your discount will be refunded.

FIRST DAY OF TRAINING!

Saturday, July 19.  We will still meet at Memorial Park.  We will send out the exact location closer to the meeting date.
