USA FIT Houston’s Spring training program is designed to get you ready for a marathon or half marathon in September, October, or November or for people who are looking for a longer training season before running a marathon or half marathon in January or February.
The spring training program offers the following groups:
10k to 25k Program – This program will include beginning runners and experienced runners who want to complete a half marathon or begin building their base for the upcoming year. We have many different training styles to meet the needs of our participants.
5K/10K Stay Fit Program – This program will take members that have a developed base and work on strength and speed for the spring in preparation for the Fall and Winter seasons. This program will also take beginners to the running/walking community and help them build skills to begin achieving their goals.
